Where does Helioflow get hosted and where is our data stored?

Where the data is stored is up to you - Helioflow can either be installed on your internal network, or can be hosted with us.

Can we install Helioflow on our own server?

Can we export our data if we don't want to use Helioflow anymore? What format is the export in?

You can export your status and report data in CSV or Excel formats.

Is our data backed up?

If your Helioflow package is hosted with us, then your data is backed up daily.

If you manage your own hosting of Helioflow, then data backups are the responsibility of whoever is administering the server.
