Upload supporting documents

As a request makes its way through a Workflow, you can leave comments and upload supporting documentation.

There are no limits to how many documents you can upload, and they can be whatever file type you choose.

Access for the right people

Typically, an organisation will have a group of people using a Workflow application. Some of these people will need to be administrators, some just need to view reports, and others again will be those making and process requests.

These access levels for the people using the system are completely secure, and can be customised suit your organisation if needed.

Automatically alerts next person in the workflow

As a request goes through a workflow, the next person on the list of the workflow is automatically alerted by email. They are asked to take action on the request, and can login to accept or decline a request.

Thorough reporting and downloads

Reporting helps you keep track of your requests and how they are affecting the bigger picture. Whether it be budget impacts, or managing a large internal project, the reporting allows you to drill down to see how the workflow is affecting your project.

Downloads of the report information are available in whatever format suits you, whenever you need them.
